Caveats

  • Reference period is May of the estimate year, the OEWS survey's standard month, not a full-year average.
  • Mean and median annual wage differ, especially for high-wage occupations; the two are not interchangeable.
  • A blank cell means BLS suppressed the estimate for sample size or reliability; the observation is omitted, not stored as zero.
  • The workbook also lists Idaho's metro areas and two balance-of-state regions; neither has a site geography id, so neither is included.
  • All figures are the all-industries, all-ownership-class total (BLS code 1235), not an industry- or sector-specific cut.
