Idaho general fund spending
General Fund original appropriations back to fiscal year 2006, two years of actual state spending by agency (General Fund and All Funds), the General Fund's own beginning and ending balance, and the Division of Medicaid's appropriation by fund source, from the Legislative Services Office's annual Legislative Fiscal Report.

Caveats
- Fiscal years 2026 and 2027 appropriations are enacted amounts for years not yet fully executed as of retrieval.
- Spending by agency and the General Fund spending total cover fiscal years 2024 to 2025 only; each report's summary table carries one year of actual spending.
- Actual figures are budgetary-basis, all-funds expenditure, not the modified-accrual figure under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) reports; the two disagree for fiscal year 2025.
- Agency names are the report's own labels, in its comma-inverted style (e.g. 'Correction, Department of').
- Function subtotal rows and the Statewide Total row are excluded; the agency breakdown lists agencies only.
- The General Fund's beginning and ending balance are its own year-end cash position, not Idaho's budget stabilization and other reserve funds, which the Legislative Fiscal Report tracks separately.
- The beginning and ending balance cover fiscal years 2024 and 2025 only, the two years for which the Legislative Fiscal Report's own summary states a closed-year balance rather than an estimate.
- The fund-source appropriation is the Division of Medicaid's own budgeted program; the Department of Health and Welfare, which houses other programs, appropriates separately.
- The fund-source appropriation is the original amount enacted for the fiscal year, for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 only, and may differ from actual spending.
