Caveats

  • Current spending excludes capital outlay and interest on school debt; it covers instruction, student and instructional staff support, and administration.
  • Each fiscal year is that year's own summary-table figure, not a later revised vintage; figures can differ slightly between tables for the same year.
  • Census's fiscal year spans two calendar years (fiscal year 2024 is July 2023 through June 2024); period is the fiscal year number, not a school-year start year.
